All types of Classic Alternator delivered after June 2018 will have the following modifications.
1.Improved charging characteristic.
a. Lower “Turn on speed”. Now under 250 engine RPM (700 alternator RPM)
b. Improved output. 60 Ampere at idle and 90 Ampere at cruising speed.
2. Longer rotor shaft and thread.
a. We have extended the rotor shaft and thread to make it possible to install the pulley from the old
generator you are replacing. This makes it possible to keep the original look of your alternator installation.
All types of Classic Alternator delivered after June 2021 will have the following modifications.
1. One part number for each application. Same alternator can be used as 1-wire or charging lamp type.
2. New internal construction of the alternators. We have replaced the old type using pins to hold the stator with a more solid construction.
